The Products available for purchase on the Site are intended exclusively for Individual Customers residing in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom. 

 

Marypup provides all of its services from Belgium, and the contract between the Parties will be deemed to be executed in Belgium, shipped to different countries. We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or up to date. The content of this site is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

Marypup has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions, colors, and images of the products that appear in the store. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping charges. , delivery times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without notice. Article 4 - Price and invoicing

 

The prices are those indicated on the Site when the Customer places their order. Prices may vary as they are intended for different countries and are subject to different rules including VAT. The prices applicable to the Customer are those indicated on the Site for the country from which the Customer places their order. Customers must place their orders from the country in which they usually reside.
Orders cannot be placed in one country and delivered to another.

 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may need to be changed up or down, including any change in the rate of value-added tax. If for this, or for any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned in accordance with our return policy.

The prices indicated during the purchase process are expressed
in euros and include VAT and administrative costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

The prices of the products and services do not include transport costs: these will be invoiced separately and the Customer will have to pay them in addition to the purchase price. Any discount given to the customer will be deducted from the price separately.

 

Marypup reserves the right to modify the selling prices and the transport costs at any time, however, the Products purchased and the costs will always be invoiced at the prices indicated in the e-mail confirming the order. These are the prices in effect at the time of purchase, provided that the Products are available. Marypup will not be liable to you or to any third party
for any modification, price change, suspension, or interruption of the Service.

 

The Customer accepts that Marypup sends its invoices electronically; but if the customer wants a paper invoice,
they can simply request one via the contact form.

 

The products will remain the property of Marypup until the customer pays the full purchase price and shipping costs.

 

Article 5 - Terms of payment

 

Purchases can only be paid for on the Site. Purchases can be paid by Paypal or by any of the credit or debit cards listed on the Paypal payment page. The Customer's bank account will be debited once the purchase is confirmed, and payment will not take effect until the Customer's bank has given its consent to Marypup. If the Customer's bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically refused.

 

The Client guarantees that they are authorized to make payments by any of the payment methods mentioned above and that there are sufficient funds in the bank account linked to the credit card to cover all costs resulting from the transaction, failing which Marypup may refuse the order.

 

Marypup uses PayPal to handle online payments.
Marypup does not have access to confidential payment information of its customers, nor does it keep them.

 

Marypup reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom it is in the dispute or who has initiated a dispute in the past. Marypup can also refuse an order if the customer has not paid for a previous order, in whole or in part.

 

Article 6 - Ordering products

Notwithstanding any proof that the Customer may have in writing, it is expressly agreed that the data recorded in Marypup's systems, those of its hosting partners or of its Internet payment partners will constitute in themselves the proof of communications, of the content. orders and all transactions that have taken place between the Parties.

 

To place an order, the Customer goes to the “Online Store” section of the Site, chooses the item he wishes to buy, and clicks on the icon located under the Product he wishes to buy. This places the selected item in the "Basket" and will take the Customer to the secure PayPal site. The customer can correct their order as long as the products are in the basket. The total amount payable is clearly indicated throughout this page. Once the payment process is complete, the order is final and cannot be changed.

 

The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming their order once their purchase has been made. The validation of an order form is equivalent to an electronic signature which has the same value between the Parties as a written signature and serves as proof that the order is complete and correct and that the sums due may be claimed during execution. of this command.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

 

Article 7 - Deliveries

 

Marypup undertakes to make every effort to deliver all orders. Marypup cannot however be held responsible for the unavailability of the Products or the losses which could result therefrom. If one or more Products of an order are not available, Marypup will inform the Customer by e-mail or in writing that they have canceled their order in whole or in part or has split it up.

 

If Products turn out to be unavailable and the Customer is informed of this but has already paid for their Products, Marypup will ask its bank to immediately reimburse the amount paid for the products in question, informing the Customer by e-mail as a result. How quickly the refund is actually issued depends on how the customer chose to pay when making their purchase.

 

Marypup will in any case make the refund within 14 days.

 

The products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process and subject to the general conditions described therein.

During the validation of their order, the Customer can choose the delivery to a given address (home, work, or other). Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom.

 

Marypup will do its best to have the order shipped to this address within 3 days of payment for the order. The Products will be sent by bpost (Belgian Post service) to the address indicated by the Customer.

 

Deliveries will be accompanied by a delivery note which also specifies the goods delivered. If delivery is missing during the delivery process, and the provisions of this article are respected, Marypup will send a new shipment of an equivalent Product entirely at its expense if the Product is still available or refund the value of the order, transport included. The risks of loss and/or damage are transferred to the Customer on delivery.

 

Article 8 - Right of revocation and return

 

The Customer may exercise their right to revoke an order by copying the “Order Cancellation Form” found on the Site, completing it, and sending it to Marypup in one of the following ways:

• By copying and pasting it on the contact form which can be found under ‘Contact us'

• By post to Marypup, Rue de l'Orphelinat 59/103, 1070 Brussels, Belgium

 

The Customer must do so within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Product without being required to pay damages in this regard and without having to give reasons. Marypup will confirm receipt of the order cancellation form to the customer by email or post.

 

Products that have been personalized or manufactured in accordance with the explicit requirements of the customer are excluded from the right of revocation. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

The right of withdrawal concerning the delivered Products only applies on the condition that the Product is also actually returned within 14 calendar days of the Customer notifying Marypup of their wish to revoke their purchase.

 

The revoked Product must be returned as new in its original packaging, in perfect condition (the clothes may not have been worn) and accompanied by the original sales invoice (of which the Customer keeps a copy) and an Order Cancellation completed. Returns for which the sender cannot be identified or which are not accompanied by an Order Cancellation Form will be refused. After the 14 calendar days, Marypup can no longer accept returns. No return can be physically accepted.

 

The costs and risks associated with returns will be borne by the Customer.
It is the Customer's responsibility to keep any proof attached to the return.

 

Purchases will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of returns by Marypup in a timely manner, provided that all of the conditions specified above have been strictly observed. In any case, the amount refunded may not exceed what the Customer has actually paid. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as that used to place the order.

The customer can also choose to cancel the complete order before the order is dispatched by sending an email to info@marypup.eu.

 

Article 9 - Gift vouchers and gift vouchers

Marypup gift certificates are sold online. The following terms and conditions apply:

 

• Gift vouchers can be exchanged for items sold on the online store.

 

• Gift certificates remain valid for a period of one year.

 

• Gift certificates can be used in whole or in part.

• You can freely determine the value of the gift voucher you will buy, provided that its amount is between € 20 and € 250.

 

• Gift certificates will be shipped separately and free of charge.

 

• Gift certificates cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment, even partially.

 

• The code on the gift voucher can be used in the online ordering process. After examining and confirming your order, enter the code printed on the gift voucher in the “gift vouchers” field of the basket during the ordering process.
  Purchases are deducted from the balance of the gift voucher.

 

• Marypup is not responsible if a gift voucher is stolen, resold, destroyed, lost, or used without your permission.

 

Customers can also obtain free gift certificates to be sent to the recipient of an item purchased on the Site.

Article 10 - Legal guarantee and complaints procedure

 

Marypup guarantees that the Products offered for sale do not suffer
from any visible or latent defect making the Product impossible or dangerous to use.

 

This warranty is without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights under their national law.

 

Customers should contact customer service if they wish to invoke this warranty immediately and should notify Marypup of the nonconformity via customer service in writing in any event within two months of discovery of the defect.

In any case, the warranty does not apply to products damaged intentionally or by the negligence of the customer.

Article 11 - Intellectual property rights
